Illumination Systems Australia recently installed a Flir Smart Sensor for the Huffer Store located in the prestigious Melbourne Central Shopping Centre.

As a world-renowned clothing store, Huffer wanted to track people numbers entering and exiting the store. This data not only allows for the monitoring of sales conversions but also allows the store management to control the numbers of people in-store to remain COVID Complaint in these unusual times.

The FLIR Brickstream 3D Gen2 sensor provides real time client traffic data to more businesses around the world than any other sensor. With the accurate, real-time data Huffer are now able to measure, predict, and make decisions on improving customer experiences and sales conversions; optimize staffing levels; and really drill down into the success marketing campaigns.

The Employee Filtering feature ensures the system is only counting customers and not staff including those close to the door such as greeters and security personnel making it ideal for COVID-SAFE application.
